To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很少到中環用餐，今天跟親友飯聚，被帶到這間中餐館，內裡裝潢雅緻，座位寬敞舒適，服務員親切有禮。對於我來說，這間餐館價錢稍貴，平常出街用餐不會到這裏。但食物款式多樣，擺盤精緻令人驚喜，再加上舒適的裝潢和有禮的服務態度，我覺得都值得這個價錢的。其中松子魚的擺盤最令人驚艷，味道卻是正常一般。雞湯百頁捲稍微失色，味道也嫌太淡。紅燒肉正常情況之下應該是肥而不膩，但這個肉很多肥油，令人有膩濟之感。我最欣賞的是蔥油餅，雖然外表普通，味道郤很濃郁，炸得鬆脆卻沒有膩濟之感。不過在這裏用餐，吃的是氣氛，而不是食物的味道，我們今晚也吃得很開心。
