To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

讀書時候也曾與家人光顧老爹，最喜愛它們午餐的豬扒飯或下午餐的碎蛋法包。但自從畢業搬離馬鞍山後就沒有再去了。今次重新踏足老爹首嚐晚餐，點了西冷牛扒和ribs eye, 價錢相宜，兩款也是$105,配餐湯及飲品。再加23蚊可追加甜品(是日蛋糕)我們點了濃朱古力蛋糕及朱古力芒果蛋糕。先說牛扒，兩款都唔錯，肉味挺重，就算叫8 成也不會硬，配薯菜就是焗薯仔，配以cream不錯，有驚喜到甜品，她試的試朱古力芒果，她說很好食，媽媽嘗完後問可否預訂作生日蛋糕，由於我不食芒果所以沒有試，就點了朱古力蛋糕，豐富的朱古力外層+夾心，是朱古力迷必點的甜品。
