老友話約係呢度食私房菜,好啦既然吹到雞,又講到私房菜唔係成日有機會食,當然賞面啦。一黎先飲碗豬肺湯先,一飲就知道係老火湯,仲要係足料果隻添,味道係相當甜又夠晒潤肺呀。第一道菜係糯米雞呀,將原隻雞用荷葉蒸,糯米將原隻雞既精華吸收晒,所以相當入味。至於雞肉夠彈牙,糯米又夠口感,唔錯。再黎係水蟹蒸蛋白,蛋白蒸到相當嫩滑,口感滑到入喉嚨,味道豐富,將水蟹果陣鮮味滲晒入去,仲有花鵰酒既獨特味道,令蛋白味道更鮮更好味。跟住碟海鮮係鼔汁蒸白鱔,白鱔相當肥美,令人愛不釋手,白鱔肉質更加係勁嫩滑,表面既脂肪與肉質混合,更覺鮮味,當然份鼔汁相當惹味呀。南乳炸豬手係今晚最後既餸,炸豬手陣皮相當脆口,豬手肉炸完都好夠滑溜,至於味道就充滿南乳味道,仲係相當入味添,惹味之選呀。
