To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某日中午同小狗悠悠閒閒黎長洲食午餐，睇下書，又睇下人、睇下景。小狗要坐室外，有d蚊螆仔飛下。好有趣，無論街坊定遊客都鍾意坐室外。我覺得室內都幾好坐丫，但我無得揀。中女叫左牛油果蟹肉焗薯，等左一陣子先有得食，應該係即叫即整。主角焗薯熱辣辣，蟹肉同牛油果份量好夠，每啖都有齊薯仔、蟹肉同牛油果。炒蛋、煙肉同沙律無乜特別，蕃茄有塊芝士係面好正，腸同麵包飽到食唔落。杯咖啡比一般cafe大杯，感覺抵飲d。薄荷檸檬水任斟，夠解渴。去離島最怕搵廁所，餐廳洗手間乾淨，要加分。用餐期間見班後生仔不斷行出行入，搬搬抬抬。落餐同詢問時都感受到佢地有禮貌，好實幹，值得支持！
