To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近日因為一人盆菜嘅風波，令作風一向低調，位於深水埗嘅良心飯店——基隆茶餐廳，得到大家深切關注。其實深水埗基隆茶餐廳嘅老闆娘Cat姐喺90年代就開始幫助基層市民，向有需要嘅人派發飯盒。今日我就嚟到基隆茶餐廳食下午茶，支持一吓呢間愛心飯堂。常餐嘅選擇有三種，分別係叉燒、雪菜絲同沙嗲牛肉，識食就梗係食沙嗲牛肉啦！沙嗲牛肉麵嘅沙嗲汁濃郁，麵底掛湯而且軟硬適中。跟餐仲有牛肉奄列，煎得好吃，味道唔錯。下午茶嘅即炒粉麵飯選擇多，而且價錢平。呢個時菜沙嗲牛河份量唔少，牛肉入味軟腍，如果河粉都可以炒炒會更加好味。
