To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開咗咁耐都無嚟過，今日好順路嚟食下茶餐。下午茶時段唔算多人，員工見到我都主動招呼，佢地有聘用特殊人士，顯然見到客人會有啲緊張，但我覺得佢地都好有禮貌好細心，安排座位，送上餐牌服務好好。環境係日式大地色舒適佈置，有大量梳化位，空間感十足，非常寬敞，員工人數亦較多，亦主動招呼。地方寧靜寬敞舒適，坐得幾舒服，都幾適合三五知己下午嚟呢度坐吓傾吓計，佢哋亦都有cake set供應。餐牌係港式餐廳食品，我叫咗西多士，西多整得幾好食，包與包中間有厚厚既花生醬，用餐擺盤精緻，西多配上蜜糖，食材用料唔差。跟餐配餐飲，我叫咗杯熱咖啡，黑咖啡亦配上打熱咗既奶，好有heart。社企都有社企既實力，並唔會差得過一間高級西餐廳。我都忍唔住寫個食評，希望會有更多人過嚟幫襯支持下佢哋。
