Restaurant: 天后站清湯腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六, 去開康城, 睇下佢個新商場, 行咗陣見肚餓, 經過呢間牛腩舖（後來發現係唯一一間牛腩面舖）, 諗住試吓睇咗個餐牌, 價錢係平時面舖嘅双倍未計飲嘢, 明嘅始終係商場舖, 間舖唔係話好大, 叫咗5分鐘都冇人落單, 最後叫咗個牛腩河,又等咗5分鐘面到, 先試下個湯, 冇味, 算數, 諗住叫佢比啲魚露, 阿姐竟然回我冇, 坦白未試過腩舖冇魚露, 好我試戲玉“牛腩“, 一咬, 嘩十九幾句粗口想脫口而出, 點解可以硬成咁, 係你冇聽錯, 係硬, 比起韌更勝一皮呢間嘢唔會有下次
