阿妹做完intern出咗糧, 請我哋食嘢,好開心! 😍佢揀咗位於中環Soho區出名手工啤和fusion菜嘅餐廳請我哋食。出咗地鐵站要上到好高好高先去到間餐廳,未食嘢已經冇氣。路經附近酒吧見到啲外國人聚埋一齊又唔戴口罩吹水,真係要行快兩步!唔係幾明餐廳點解要用呢個名,雖然怪怪地,但又幾得意。餐廳沒有豪華嘅裝修,但感覺輕鬆休閒,雖然位處高地,但不乏客人光顧。beer flight $150, 4 glasses, each 200ml 嚟到呢度當然試吓手工啤酒,經店住推介,就order 了四種不同的啤酒試吓。選擇了南丫島/雲飛/是L但/凍檸啤。酒精成份4%至6.7%不等,味道口感各有特色,有啲氣泡感強啲,有啲甜甜地易入口。個人比較喜歡cider(即凍檸啤),就係喜歡甜甜地易入口。廿四小時慢煮伊比利亞叉燒玫瑰露九龍醬園豉油皇鹵獅頭鵝肝配溫泉蛋,香噴噴豬油撈飯($188)菜名水蛇春咁長,已經寫齊所有食材,但依家睇返張相點解唔見有溫泉蛋咁奇🤔經慢煮嘅叉燒果然夠淋,都幾好味,因四人分享,所以沒有試到鵝肝,飯都幾香口,可能用豬油撈過嘅原因,但價錢就覺得貴。香辣八胡椒,百味噌煮紐西蘭鑽石蜆和粉絲($1

果然係鑽石蜆,大大隻,份量也算多,肉質唔似得平時食大蜆那種脹卜卜嘅感覺,咬落實實地、靱靭哋,但又唔似係過熟,但都好味,胡椒味勁重,偏辣, 粉絲吸晒啲汁非常惹味, 但略嫌這道菜偏鹹。

忘記名堂係乜,好似話當天只提供兩碟,即管試吓。只知手工意粉配大墨魚,墨魚都幾爽口,意粉頗有口感, 是味道頗濃的一碟意粉。

除了啤酒,阿妹也order了一杯signature cocktail ,酒面充滿泡泡和有粒芝麻花生湯圓,更用上中式碗盛戴,的一杯雞尾酒,果然是一杯fusion雞尾酒, 細細碗都唔平,飲落感覺複雜😅

整體餐廳環境令人鬆弛,食物味道偏濃,三五知已吹吓水也是一個選擇。
