To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假Relax好去處《T.Park x T.Cafe》

難得平日放假，友人約我T.Park浸SPA鬆一鬆。我們係導賞集合的時間前已到，於是就試試裡面既餐廳 《T.Cafe》。整體感覺比我想像中好，環境寧靜，而且食物水準不錯。我們點了3款食品，意粉份量大，而且有機意粉粗，口感實淨。(下次來要選「輕量」可以減$5)《有機菠菜忌廉火腿有機意粉》，素火腿肉質彈牙，飽肚感十足。不過忌廉汁味唔夠濃。《鮮果沙律》(全份)，生果種類不多，有火龍果、雪梨，但新鮮多汁。《鮮茄煙三文魚有機意粉》，鮮茄汁味濃，令我食唔停口，最值得推薦！而且價錢合理！吃完lunch，跟朋友參加了T.Park導賞團，雖然只是聽佢講有少少悶，但最後頂樓的風景真係好靚！值得逛逛！
