To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行程都幾緊密，下午去完迪士尼，夜晚再帶小朋友來愉景新城地下個室內遊樂場玩一陣就去食元氣🍙🍱！每次食日本菜，最唔小得一定係刺身（我真係好鐘意食🤣）。不過個人吾鐘意食魚子，所以比哂朋友食，帶子幾新鮮，好甜，不過蝦就有小小梅。海膽好甜，不過如果多d會開心d 🤣珍寶帶子壽司，一大啖肉，鮮甜好味👍👍其他壽司就冇乜特別，但都算新鮮既！勁鐘意日式鹽燒三文魚/鯖魚，唧d檸檬汁，簡直係完美組合，當然一定要燒到外皮香脆啦！ 不過第一次叫魚鮫，好多肉，又滑，冇骨，最緊要係一d都唔腥！食日本野叫燒魚真係冇得輸！蒸蛋，都幾滑，蒸蛋用既高湯都幾好味！三文魚頭湯，又係魚😂 但個湯好好飲，平時好怕有d麵豉湯好鹽，佢又啱啱好喎，白羅白都幾入味，有驚喜😋
