大前日 (11-9-2021 Sat)晏晝同老公喺旺角攞完月餅後,由於天氣太熱,都係即刻返屋企穩陣,但又要諗晚飯食乜,諗起呢間重有好多滷水內臟,於是咗買,見到好多人買完等攞嘢,我就睇餐牌揀食咩嘢,見到有$14.00嘅扎肉,就想要呢樣.排到我時,我就決定要扎肉,但收銀話冇,咁就要$80.00嘅鵝腸(4兩),$10.00一件嘅豆腐要兩件同$22.00嘅豬肚.買完等咗一陣就切好晒攞得,同樣都跟咗滷水汁同醋各一,返到屋企打開睇,份量幾多,我就分返開3樣嘢啦,原來滷豆腐都唔少,豬肚唔多.我偷食先,鵝腸同豬肚都爽口夠味,甚至係鹹,完全唔使再蘸滷水汁食;豆腐就清淡啲,口感係實.其他:繼上次滷水鴨有連刀後,今次鵝腸都有.
買完等咗一陣就切好晒攞得,同樣都跟咗滷水汁同醋各一,返到屋企打開睇,份量幾多,
