朋友約呢間六十六十火鍋,點菜方式簡單得三個套餐三種湯底,兩種價錢,248元的椰子文昌雞湯底套餐包了每人一份雞件,另外可以揀選八款海鮮以及六款海鮮之外的材料。飲品另計,不加一是賣點,食幾多俾幾多夠實際。泰國椰青水夠清涼,我個人覺得好過飲清涼茶。坐低叫餐,然後等食,醬料夠齊但唔會好有驚喜。椰子文昌雞湯底嘅來了碟雞件,我們先將一碟雞件放鍋內,待湯底滾起的時候便可起筷了,撈起的雞件混了椰子肉和竹笙,雞肉嫩滑,椰子肉也帶爽,熱辣辣的食得很惹味過癮。海鮮分紅黃藍三種,紅選三,黃指定二,藍選三,黃係指定所以一定有貝類,不過講真係新鮮,好似生蠔、聖子、貝類、飽魚等,食鮮味都夠。帶子平時係蒜蓉蒸,今次火鍋灼,食在口中軟硬適中有啃勁, 蘸上豉油帶出甜香。總括來說, 雖然價錢與一般放題火鍋相若,而且又不像放題火鍋任食咁過癮,但正正更能控制了食材的質素,反而帶來比放題火鍋另一種食物享受樂趣,唔錯。

總括來說, 雖然價錢與一般放題火鍋相若,而且又不像放題火鍋任食咁過癮,但正正更能控制了食材的質素,反而帶來比放題火鍋另一種食物享受樂趣,唔錯。
