每次來長洲都一定會黎探下日本婆婆，食返個手卷。雖然呢度嘅手卷用了唔係矜貴，只係普通蟹柳，蟹籽同埋腸仔，但係有時味道喜好係好個人，酸度十足既壽司飯令到成個手卷味道好特別。
