今天在灣仔工作,剛好有敏華劵,所以在此晚餐。看到餐牌推介新品~羊腩煲,所以來一份,再加一個雞脾套餐,就是我倆的晚餐了。羊腩煲配生菜    148個大洋,已經可使用廿蚊劵一張。 原煲上枱,慢慢加熱至翻滾。有皮有肉又帶脂肪的羊腩,肥美甘香。煲裡還有馬蹄支竹冬菇,可是柱候醬味道鹹香濃郁,要加入生菜作中和,煮呀煮。沙薑雞脾飯  這個雞脾飯照計是無需太多加工,只需在大包裝夾出來一隻雞脾,加熱後放在碟上,但偏偏是最後上枱的。 雞脾是淡淡的沙薑味,鹹度不高,單食也很美味。白飯沾上羊腩汁,比雞脾美味。熱奶茶  奶茶勁,晚上半夜仍然眼光光。
