To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📣📣Book左東堤小築住幾日。從來冇同屋企人來過呢邊 Stay cation，所以入來都係一個唔錯既選擇。一早起身、當然要試下「鮮果乳酪全日早餐 $108」，開啟精神爽利的一天，超多鮮果、乳酪都好新鮮，三文魚🍣肉地嫩滑多汁，酸性飽都幾特別，入面唔會太乾，成個餐搭配都不錯。我媽咪就要食呢個「蟹肉賓尼迪蛋」蟹肉肉質紮實、調味適中，個蛋選擇用高質蛋，蛋黃鮮黃色的，咬下去蛋漿流出來，真心流曬口水。其他配料好似沙律🥗果D，材料都既用心配搭，整出來好食又好睇。食完兩個主食，我地叫左「脆香雞翼$56」同埋「香辣雞翼」都唔錯，雞翼好入味，微辣。屋企人都好鍾意呢度既裝修風格，好放鬆、食物都唔錯，個個食得舔舔利。
