手撕雞味道，口感均不俗。而骨感手撕雞色澤較深，味道較濃。配以冷麵的話，比較推介普通手撕雞。冷麵有多款醬料可以選擇，老闆娘推介芝麻味，味道比較簡單和清新，夏天食好適合。另外試左芥末味，都ok.唔建議加其他料，細份，味道麻麻，加5蚊唔值
