To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約左朋友去鑽石山，大家諗住一齊食左野先。因為唔熟鑽石山，都只係識荷里活廣場，就揀左係商場入面飲茶。我地叫左啲點心同粉麵。雪菜肉絲煎米粉😋米粉脆卜卜，非常香口，即使浸左雪菜肉絲湯都好有口感。鐘意香口既人會鐘意。鮮竹四寶雞札👍夠足料，有蟹柳，雞柳，魚肚，芋頭，味道都唔錯。潮州蒸粉果👀餡料偏少，味道就跟平常的差不多，正常發揮。金銀蛋浸白菜仔🙃清清地，味道ok,係份量少左啲甜在心流沙包🙂流心餡都算幾流心，甜甜的，幾好食。可能因為係假日，好似唔係好夠人手，成日要自己出去搵侍應。等個菜都等左好耐，諗住唔要，準備走，點知就上菜。但整體都還算不錯。
