To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

生蠔好新鮮，味道唔太咸因為本人對於太腥嘅味道會好抗拒，而佢就一啲都唔腥唔黴值得一試🙌🏻依個salad賣相好好，煙三文魚唔太咸，配埋芝士同蕃茄，原來都幾好味系Openrice睇Meun寫系法式黑松露香草焗田螺，點知黎咗依個大啡菇，不過又幾好食啡菇加小小蟹肉，芝士，菇菇粒，洋蔥一齊焗，味道好夾可以一試依個黑松露忌廉湯好濃郁，飲落口感似食麥皮不過好好飲，可能本人中意飲na其實飲完都已經好飽依個2人餐會包每人3枝酒包括: Champagne.🍾White wine. red wine🍷我我中意champagne..但我飲得出佢應該系Sparkling wine，White wine比較酸，女士應該會中意，red wine就濃郁啲，男士會喜歡啲依個就我食嘅main..龍蝦焗得啱啱好，好juicy.龍蝦肉一早已經起晒，好細心而且另外署光先焗，好入味依個就系我男朋友嘅main..佢覺得幾好，5成熟岩岩好，keep到肉汁，鵝肝就可能要分開食比較好，唔系就會好(流)本身睇Openrice meun系心太軟，點知系cheese cake店員話個個系2個月前，已經轉咗，聽完好sad咁其實我打電話book台就
