To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太安樓食完手抓餅吾夠飽,再去外賣一盒細嘅齋鹵味,呢D齋鋪買少見少,吾聲吾聲加左價,而家大盒$45,細盒$3O. 係貴D,但味道一流,用料新鮮,所有櫃裡的食物每日分兩輪新鮮做。我每樣也要D,咖哩素雞、豉油素雞、酸雞(酸齋),其實都是麵筋,用了不同醬料而已,這裡的麵筋吾痴牙,食到麵筋的豆香味,而且醬料份量得宜,不會得個辣字、咸死人、或酸到牙骹打冷震。齋叉燒齋鴨腎依然林身,食得出係新鮮整,吾會硬到好似咬石頭咁。素鵝係我至愛,外表煎得甘香脆身,呈淺金黃色,即無過火無用萬年油,裡面依然嫩滑,食到豆腐豆香味。食到飽飽,食得暢快。
