To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午外食，希望能吃點菜。坤記的靚菜，頗能征服我的胃，使我一而再，再而三地光顧。無論芥蘭或是菜心，都處理得非常乾淨；枝枝葉葉都很可口；賣相極佳。雲吞是鮮蝦豬肉平衡型，兩種配料都很新鮮。湯底非常清澈，侍應姐姐很自豪的説，咱家湯底絕無味精，可放心飲用。我用行動支持有心小店，把湯喝清光。三鮮撈麵的三鮮是鮮牛肉、鮮冬菇、鮮蝦雲吞。配料加麵都白灼而上，正好細心品嚐其鮮味。可要求加余均益辣椒醬，真是美味。炸醬亮光亮光的，很能引起食慾。辣度和甜度都很適中。幹完這碗麵後，把跟上的無味精清湯喝光，很是滿足。
