To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新產品豬軟骨加手撕雞

因為啱啱打完風嘅關係都冇時間買餸，所以就去咗大家樂買午餐，大家樂今次竟然有新嘢食，係醬油豬軟骨手撕雞飯，仲有可以有飲品加凍飲都係49蚊都算幾抵食，所以就買咗嚟做外賣，希望唔差啦。大約等咗五至十分鐘左右，嘢食就嚟到，大家樂侍應非常之好，包得好好地畀我，之後返到公司開來吶吃時，見到份量十足都吾錯，但一口吃左豬軟骨，就覺得太鹹 ，幸好豬軟骨都夠淋身同埋幾入味，而且白飯好多，仲有菜同埋炸蔬菜，味道意外好味而且有微溫抵讚。之後手撕雞味道只屬一般，但係份量都算十分之多，食完都十分之飽肚。
