駱駝漆大廈新開張住家菜館–新蒸武門。餐牌菜式多元化,有燉湯、魚、肉、海鮮及小食等選擇。八寶茶一早準備在枱上,客人一入坐便加熱水。八寶有菊花、杞子、紅棗、山楂等,有清肝明目等功效,而且茶香撲鼻,入口清淡。香菇雪耳花膠燉雞 ($48/盅)一盅材料十足燉湯,有香菇、雪耳、花膠、雞肉,仲有杞子、南北杏,花膠分量特別多,既補身又養顏。蒸龍躉腩配炒飯底 ($198)龍躉新鮮,用料上盛,而且鋪滿炒飯之上,整道菜式用荷葉蒸,龍躉魚香味從荷葉中散發出。飯底係蛋炒飯,吸收魚油,分外開胃。梅菜蒸菜芯 ($88)一道地道家常菜,平日好少食到。通常都係梅菜蒸扣肉,呢款蒸菜芯,梅菜在面,令菜芯吸收梅菜,好味。燒汁豬柳 ($98)肚餓原故,叫左碟方便入口菜式。豬柳分量適中,有紅椒、黃椒做配菜,有種媽媽的味道。鳳梨咕嚕肉 ($98)整道菜式色彩斑斕,而且肉身炸到脆口,混入醬炒,依然保持到肉質的脆口。
