To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去沙灘玩完，就入酒店搵餐廳食晚飯。沙嗲軒基本上我地次次都會食，因為新加坡菜真係好岩一家大細食。我地當日叫左菜粒素雞蛋白炒飯、蒜香蜜糖雞翼、炸蝦餅同埋雜菜煲，四款餸都好適合小朋友食。每次黎都必叫炸蝦餅，啖啖蝦肉，好彈牙爽口，配埋酸辣醬真係好開胃，兩個仔都爭住食，不過岩上檯時都幾熱下，要攤耐啲先好俾小朋友食呀。蒜香蜜糖雞翼好驚喜！食到我哋個個都舔舔脷，呢個推介！菜粒素雞蛋白炒飯一貫水準，唔會太油，我地食慣淡味嘅覺得味道剛剛好，小朋友岩晒雜菜煲令我驚喜之處係佢既湯底，我竟然忍唔住係咁飲啲湯，唔會好咸，冇咩味精，好易入口，呢個真係要加分！兩個仔唔鍾意食菜既都係咁食菜，下次去沙灘玩我會再黎呢度食飯

每次黎都必叫炸蝦餅，啖啖蝦肉，好彈牙爽口，配埋酸辣醬真係好開胃，兩個仔都爭住食，不過岩上檯時都幾熱下，要攤耐啲先好俾小朋友食呀。
