To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新發現的心水奶茶小店

想在荃灣找間有正奶茶的地方，看過食評，發覺離遠少少的大窩口有一間歷史悠久，奶茶看似不錯的茶餐廳，決定要試試其奶茶。店內比預期整潔，座位算舒適。點了下午茶餐要吞拿魚多士+熱奶茶。呑拿魚多士：包烘得脆，呑拿魚醬帶點甜味，幾特別，還有些生菜絲，不錯。熱奶茶：用的是典型黑白淡奶杯，既有茶香又有奶滑，不苦澀，果然有驚喜。最近發現很多所謂老字號冰室的奶茶都唔係好得，反而一些茶餐廳，特別是貼了很多黑白淡奶poster或寫餐牌用的紙板，反而奶茶不錯！就如此店一樣。此外，此店於鬧市中又帶寧靜，一邊嘆著茶，一邊從多個多邊形的小窗口望見外面的車輛走過，感覺特別。現在又多了一間心水奶茶店了。
