流浮山海鮮一聚,好多人食海鮮會諗起西貢,其實流浮山都係一個唔錯嘅選擇,當然你係想食海鮮唔係變海鮮就要有熟人帶路。今次友人安排豐富海鮮晚餐,一坐低就有一個海鮮湯,跟上個酥炸茄子再加埋酥炸蠔黎送紅酒,兩個都外脆內軟、隻隻蠔都超肥美,朋友怕食蠔都食咗3件。仲有wasabi 蝦,呢個就真係得意,可以試吓既,蒜蓉粉絲蒸大蜆,個人鍾意蒜蓉粉絲所以一定覺得好食。而豉椒蟶子米粉底好味,但精粹在蟶子下面啲芽菜吸哂啲汁,食唔停口。仲有老虎班炒球同炆魚,炒班啖啖肉,但要一提佢個炆魚,識食友人教路,炆魚好難整,呢個未係最好但已經唔錯,因為要將魚走油炸到夠乾身,先至可以炆,啲魚件上枱後都唔會出水,呢度做得到,同埋佢炆魚個汁好惹味,大滿足既一餐。順帶一提呢間係流浮山食店中係清雅環境舒服,友人聚會可以一試。
