其實對捷克嘢都冇乜認識,所以我係唔會知道正唔正宗,淨係知好唔好食。點講好?!?!?其實呢間都ok好食,不過佢menu真係選擇唔算好多,即係唔係多到我會好想快啲再去食過。呢度食嘅嘢同德國餐都幾相似,例如豬手呀,腸仔,啤酒之類。今次我就試咗 Beef Ragu, 佢係一個波波薯仔粉 (Gnocchi) 配炆牛肉汁。雖然話係牛肉粉,不過就唔算好多肉,味道有啲似紅酒炆牛尾,不過少咗啲番茄味咁。味道係唔錯嘅,我自己都好鍾意呢種煙煙靱靱嘅 Gnocchi,再加埋啲炸香咗嘅洋蔥絲,真係幾好食。至於個豬手,係呢度嘅 chef's signature,無理由唔試嘅,更何況我係好鍾意食pork knuckle。呢隻豬手,皮係腍嘅,煙靭嘅,同德國咸豬手有啲唔同,肉比較無咁咸,而且juicy d。佢哋呢度係配mustard 同 hot raddish 食, 仲有薯仔。隻豬手係好食嘅,不過我都係鍾意德國個種脆脆嘅豬皮多啲。呢間餐廳唔算大,始終都係一間bar,所以都比較嘈吵,係嘈到有啲唔舒服嘅感覺,不過呢度嘅服務員就好細心,服務好好,例如會主動拉張凳比你放袋,食完一樣又會主動同你換碟,飲完啤酒又會自動斟杯水比你,
