To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新年去呢間野新團年飯，好失望。以前質素都唔錯，依家搞到咁差！！！剩係睇賣相都睇得出啲嘢有幾難食。乳豬 燒到燶曬乾曬。 啲燒雞又唔香又唔脆。 魚翅湯搵唔到魚翅勁多芡汁。上湯大蝦麵勁求其。 啲鮑魚硬掘掘又唔好味。 畀成三千蚊食一餐真係好唔抵呀。好心啲嘢咁差仲唔好賣咁貴啦。間嘢係咪想做多一排就執笠呀。落咗訂金之後幾日， 去公園行嘅時候聽到有人講話海港啲嘢食好差嗰陣時仲半信半疑， 而家食過先知道瀨嘢。大家聚餐想食呢間的話真係要三思。

畀成三千蚊食一餐真係好唔抵呀。好心啲嘢咁差仲唔好賣咁貴啦。間嘢係咪想做多一排就執笠呀。
