情人節不想人迫人,喜見漁獲浜燒在九龍開分店,與太座決定提早一日前來慶祝。由於尚在試業,客人不多,正合心意。先來味噌甲羅燒。蟹膏新鮮甘香,加上麵包糠增添香脆口感。到此必點的浜燒盛合,部份海鮮還在郁動,保證新鮮。來自西班牙的珍寶蠔,燒至半生熟,肉身保持creamy,金屬味偏重,加入類似鰹魚汁的調味,更添鮮味。松葉蟹肉質結實鮮嫩,表面燒得微焦,鮮味十足。鮑魚火候控制得宜,彈牙不過韌,質素同樣不用懷疑。升級的活貝兩食,先以清酒燒帶出鮮香,再以香草牛油帶出惹味,貝本身巨型,肉身鮮嫩裙邊爽口,無得輸。另一升級食材波士頓龍蝦,同樣鮮味濃郁,蝦膏creamy甘香。最後的澱粉質來個海膽三文魚子手卷,海膽清甜,三文魚結實飽滿,入口爆開,食材質素充滿誠意。這裏價錢確實不菲,但想在港一解鄉愁,品嘗高質刺身,又慳機票錢,這裏絕對是不二之選。
