這個月好像有98%的時間都在吃日本菜🤤,真開心今天來到開業不久的 🇯🇵𝕊𝕠𝕠𝕤𝕙𝕚 𝔾𝕠𝕝𝕕 吃廚師發辦囉!! 餐廳是地舖,很容易就走到了。地方不大,以壽司枱為主,還有一張餐桌,建議大家預先訂座囉✨。 晚市光顧有兩個廚師發辦,18品為$980/位,而22品為$1380/位,都很豐富呀😗!!! 「 廚師發辦🍣$1380/位 」 前菜有水雲、太刀魚春卷和粒貝。三款前菜口感不一,當中以太刀魚春卷最特別。 薄切深海池魚刺身配烏魚子碎,魚肉軟腍,配上鹹香烏魚子,更有鮮味。 白子天婦羅,外酥內軟。個人比較喜歡炸過的白子多於白子刺身。 拖羅蓉二重奏😍! 先吃拖羅蓉配黑魚子碎脆餅,再吃炭燒大拖羅配即刨鮮黑松露🤤! 脂肪豐盈,好吃到不得了~ 脆皮金目鯛配菠菜忌廉汁,味道不錯。惟金目鯛不夠熱,有點失色。 赤海膽栗蟹蟹肉🦀和炸蟹仔🦀,蟹上加蟹! 鰤魚壽司🍣,冬天的鰤魚特別肥美,脂肪好豐富。 新鮮的北海道帆立貝😆,肉鮮味甜,啖啖厚肉,正。 沙甸魚卷,造型漂亮,而且腥味不重。 富山白蝦配黑魚子☺️,黑魚子鹹中帶鮮,更能帶出白蝦的新鮮。 最後有熱辣辣的蝦味噌湯🦐和抹茶紅豆啫喱,好好吃阿!
