太古坊附近開了新居酒屋,午市有定食🍱,晚市則有日式串燒🍢及清酒🍶放題。日式芝麻豆腐沙律 嫩滑日式豆腐配芝麻沙律汁,清清涼涼作為前菜不錯。泡菜豆腐湯 此湯與韓式泡菜豆腐湯有點不同,少了韓式辣椒醬的味道,帶點味噌湯的影子。雞腎 雞心 雞肝雞內臟分別叫了雞腎、雞心及雞肝,雞腎每一口都十分爽脆有嚼勁,雞心燒得軟熟有口感,雞肝燒到七至八分熟,軟綿味道濃厚。白桃豚肉卷豬肉多是捲上荔枝,原來白桃亦是不錯選擇,柔軟多汁與豬肉很配。酸薑紫蘇豚肉卷紫蘇葉有天然的香氣,捲上豬肉口味清香不膩。銀杏 燒銀杏果肉軟糯不帶苦味。白蘑菇 牛油燒白蘑菇,入口帶香氣,菇水充足。蒲燒鰻魚飯蒲燒鰻魚外皮略帶焦黑,魚肉酥軟甘香,入口即溶,配白飯更顯醬汁鮮美。晚市另贈乳酪雪糕,可以清清味蕾。
