灣仔新開越南菜,樓底高,環境舒適開揚,午市套餐三道菜加飲品(沙律、頭盤、主菜、飲品)只售$158,抵食份量又足,非常滿足。沙律Braised beef tongue salad:牛脷燜煮12小時夠入味,配上大量柚子沙律,芒果、乾蒜乾葱,份量多,又香又爽又清甜,酸酸甜甜做前菜非常開胃。整set最愛這個。頭盤Cha Gio Crispy spring rolls: 炸得夠脆,食到蟹肉。主菜Beef prime rib pho:湯底聲稱熬足12小時,有一大塊安格斯生牛肉片,湯底牛肉味未算很突出, 但牛肉片搭配生蒜及特製辣醬,味道立刻提升,尚算不錯。飲品Vietnamese filtered coffee (需另加$22,呢口價還是建議飲原個椰青):可能比較多冰,咖啡味很快便沖淡了,本身滴漏完味道還可。Overall: 雖然不是每道菜都很出色,但以環境、價錢、服務來說都值得推薦。午市還可電話訂座,確保有位不用乾等。
