成日黎依邊都係食隔離既涎,今次終於試左8號。款式都唔算少,叫左8樣野同一個蒸飯套餐,$8位茶錢。套餐:豉汁黃鱔飯 (+$8)+金銀菜燉豬肺湯+洽菜+桂花糕 ($85)黃鱔咸左d, 豉汁太濃稠太"傑", 撈唔到飯,好似叫左白飯食小菜咁,但飯蒸得粒粒分明,不錯。金銀菜燉豬肺湯清得黎又好夠味,豬肺亦都好食,但可惜只有兩小粒,少左d。蝦餃大粒,調味輕手返d 就更好。燒賣都大粒,味道正常。薑蔥牛柏葉味道不錯,又唔會太靭又唔會醃到太軟。香煎蘿蔔糕蘿蔔都算多,煎得夠香,好食。白汁海鮮雪茄春卷 樣有趣既,但唔睇返個名唔知有白汁, 過咸。香滑鮮蝦腸皮太厚,一上枱就咁睇面以為好薄,點知底個面有3、4層皮。手磨薑汁糕好有薑味,比返d 甜中和下好d。擂沙煎堆仔好食,黑芝麻內餡好香,甜度剛好。

薑蔥牛柏葉味道不錯,又唔會太靭又唔會醃到太軟。


香煎蘿蔔糕蘿蔔都算多,煎得夠香,好食。


白汁海鮮雪茄春卷 樣有趣既,但唔睇返個名唔知有白汁, 過咸。


香滑鮮蝦腸皮太厚,一上枱就咁睇面以為好薄,點知底個面有3、4層皮。


手磨薑汁糕好有薑味,比返d 甜中和下好d。


擂沙煎堆仔好食,黑芝麻內餡好香,甜度剛好。
