係IG見到餐廳碟意粉念念不忘,即刻去佢哋網站預約⋯⋯想揀近d ge日期,但只有9點appointment,但朋友係夜貓所以我都照約左先,俾完deposit餐廳就即刻聯繫,都好快手😆仲會提前send menu問定有冇食物敏感,好窩心。一坐低就有餐牌,得一個餐,只係揀加唔加錢轉main course 由乳鴿變雞。頭2道前菜好精緻,味道同口感都好有驚喜🤗而生蠔係日本獨眼龍蠔,可能季尾,蠔比較瘦,不過味道仍然好鮮!醉縞蝦+酸酸甜甜ge水雲菜可以更開胃,再炸埋個蝦頭🤤口感豐富!就係呢個意粉吸引左我book呢間餐廳!果然無令我失望!廚師用法蔥同松露油撈左個凍天使麵,當中完全無落鹽,而係用帶有咸香ge魚子醬去提味🥰每啖都滿滿ge幸福感!松葉蟹茶碗蒸加上茶樹菇頭熬製嘅白雞湯,好清香。立鱗金目鯛,sake beurre blanc好特別,令魚肉ge味道升華左,可惜魚鱗炸得未夠脆,有少少失望。加左$340 轉ge本地新鮮三黃雞(半隻)超香!配埋個北海道三星米再淋d雞油煮法國黃酒汁,呢個配搭好鬼邪惡😈但係呢只三黃雞有啲瘦,個雞皮攞得唔夠脆,勝在個味道好香herb味撘夠,而且好大份,好少fine dining

最後好飽但仍然可以用另一個胃KO埋個甜品,蘋果批加埋自家製雲呢拿雪糕,入面仲有啲雲呢拿籽好香,為今晚ge晚餐畫上完美句號。
