食點心相信大家都會去茶樓,但係有時夜晚想食點心選擇就唔多。今日晚餐想食點心,見到餐廳新開張,就過咗嚟試。餐廳主打新派手工點心,全部點心都即叫即蒸。🥢帶子紅米腸用紅米拉成腸粉,上面有金箔粉,每片中間都有一片帶子。紅米的腸粉皮除咗有營養外,仲為點心增添色彩,十分吸睛!帶子新鮮,腸粉皮好煙韌!彩虹蝦餃蝦餃是傳統點心之一,飲茶當然必定要叫!一籠有有四件蝦餃,蝦餃皮晶瑩剔透,色彩繽紛。鮮蝦同蝦膠彈牙,食得出材料好新鮮。鮑魚酥鮑魚酥層層分明,好鬆脆,鮑魚調味好好!雪茄春卷春卷片用朱古力整成,入面係蝦膠。春卷好鬆脆,夠熱,好味!黑蒜燒賣以黑蒜包住蝦肉、豬肉同帶子,上面有蟹籽。蘿蔔絲酥蘿蔔絲酥春卷好鬆脆,酥皮做到好薄,一絲絲分明,蘿蔔蓉多!蒜蓉拍瓜,蒜蓉應該焗過,非常香脆!今晚餐飯整體嚟講都非常滿意,點心都係即叫即蒸,熱辣辣。食材新鮮,零舍好味!
