今天陪兩老去飲茶,想找一間沒試過的酒樓,挑了這家在megabox的鳳城1954。約早上十一時去到,人不多,不用等位便能進。一看餐牌,發現都是非一般太傳統的中式點心,沒有正常的蝦餃燒賣,變了彩虹鮮蝦餃、櫻花蝦燒賣、鮑魚燒賣等,包類也沒有普通的,叉燒包都變成豬嘜,看來是想走潮流高檔路線。最後點心也選不了太多,要多了個欖角骨和招牌鳳城炒飯,反而不錯。- 豬嘜叉燒包,餡料不多,味道不突出,除外型外沒甚可取- 招牌鳳城水餃,正常之作- 胡椒豬肚雲吞湯,份量偏少- 春風得意腸,蝦春卷包腸粉皮,口感不錯,要趁熱吃- 欖角骨,份量足夠,酸酸甜甜配飯一流,雖則老人家略嫌太甜- 招牌鳳城炒飯,飯粒炒得夠乾身,四個人吃也有剩,不錯
