逸東酒店地下嘅food court,中西日韓越都有得揀,今次食越式撈粉。舖頭唔係好多單,人手都有兩三個,但係要等好耐,起碼5至10分鐘,food court嚟講有啲耐。*越式扎肉撈金邊粉 跟飲品 $68半熟蛋蛋汁撈蛋白又撈金邊粉,跟餐有甜嘅醬油,我跟手攞埋是拉差同鹹魚露,三樣醬汁一齊撈埋煙韌有咬口嘅金邊粉,甜甜地+是拉差少少辣,有啲似新派創意做法。扎肉有七至八片,質素正常,但係同撈金邊粉本身唔係好夾,好難撈埋一齊食。沙律菜新鮮,撈咗芝麻醬,如果係越式風味沙律汁就更加好。
