看午夜場之前,先吃個飯,試試新派老香港鐵板鋸扒系列。在戲院旁的餐廳很容易看到,環境開揚,地方寬敞,乾淨俐落。主打港式西餐扒食和意粉,混合不同concept,做了很多fusion菜,蠻有創意的。自家製話梅醬烤豚肋骨($158)Baby ribs很多肉,肉質軟嫩,非常入味。醬汁獨特,食到話梅肉粒,唔會太酸,控制得好好,很好下飯。配燒菠蘿也十分吸引,整個菜色是酸甜味的,很開胃。脆香鵝肝牛柳 ($218)伴紅酒汁,晚市配焗薯及雜菜。不喜歡鐵板的氣味,可以改成碟上。擺盤放得很有質感,鵝肝外脆內軟,好肥美。牛柳有兩塊,五成熟,剛剛好,肉質很嫩,肉汁飽滿。伴豆子和西蘭花,做到營養均衡。
