琴日想食下午茶,行過石蔭唔想食普通茶餐廳,見到有間新嘅車仔麵開張,就行左入去試下。望下張menu,心諗都係平時戈啲野,叫左碗4餸(牛腩,豬手,腩肉,滷水雞翼)油麵底,食車仔麵就緊係要加腩汁先得!牛腩一咬落去唔係出面戈啲一咬就散哂變肉碎,入味;豬手就入哂味;雞翼就更加好食;唯一想重點講下啲豬腩肉,本來一夾起見佢白雪雪,諗住好似譚x米線戈種乜味都冇,本來有小小失望,點知一放入口先知我怪錯好人,原來啲腩肉唔係就咁清水煮,係先醃鹹左嘅鹹肉!呢下我真係覺得店家老闆有細心機去做,(食緊戈陣仲聽到店員話都係事頭婆自己煮啲車仔餸,唔係出面就咁買番黎加熱),食完走埋單走人,40幾蚊,但我覺得幫襯小店,仲有食埋店家戈種心機,值得!會再去食!
