沿住餐廳入口一路直入,右邊雪櫃擺放各種生蠔、蜆,魚生。還未坐低已經胃口大開。剛落完order,先來一個蜆肉海帶湯加沙津。蜆肉海帶湯 - 以為係一般嘅麵豉湯, 點知打開個蓋,睇竟然係蜆肉海帶湯。蜆肉好新鮮,湯底清甜,有驚喜。餐牌選擇多,既然叫得海膽仔,一定要試下佢地嘅海膽。爆膽丼 ($168)- 除咗飯鋪滿左海膽,另外亦都有一小板海膽係飯嘅中間。食落都好新鮮,飯一上枱最好先食紫菜,因為都快「淋」。中間板海膽,就覺得味道突出過舖在飯上嘅海膽,如果配多少少明太子就更加完美。再來一個季節限定珍味丼 ($108) - 有拖羅蓉、鮑魚、帶子、甜蝦等,材料豐富鮮甜好味道。唔知下次來仲有冇得食。餐廳光線充足而柔和,同朋友傾偈都唔錯。當日大約下晝兩點左右去到,已經過咗繁忙嘅午飯時間,但眼見客人都唔少,應該係信心嘅保證。
