自從去完澳洲Working Holiday,好多野食都好耐冇食過,澳洲都有放題,但係比起香港真係無得比,香港選擇極多,只係食放題既餐廳已經數唔哂,今日同朋友相約食旺角一間開左冇耐既日式放題店“38廣場”搵左一陣先搵到,店內環境:我就食黃金時段 $288/位(需加一),選擇好多:黎張高抄圖先:每枱會送刺身拼盤一客,如要任食刺食要再加$30/位,刺身拼盤有三文魚、吞拿魚、甜蝦、海膽、帶子都算厚切,三文魚、吞拿魚都不錯,但海膽略嫌有點腥味另外再送日本鹿兒島和牛一客,如需加配和牛$138/客,店員會教你點燒和牛,放置喺燒爐嘅正中間大火快速燒嘅方法,當見到牛肉滲血水又或者牛肉邊有少少焦黑就可以反面,店員強調唔應該經常反面,先咁可以保持肉汁,跟隨店員既方法,和牛入口真係比較JUICY亦會上一份肉比顧客燒住先,怕你等既時候肚餓,呢個幾貼心!第一份送上既有只用鹽調味既牛肋骨同一口牛,仲有虎蝦、青口、蠔。牛肉色澤鮮明紅潤,肉質唔老,一口牛仲肥瘦參半,入口嫩滑,而青口Size頗大,帶鮮甜都有好多前菜、蔬菜類,只係點左一、兩款前菜方面,推介生牛肉,牛肉入口即溶,拌勻生蛋,味道更佳;亦試左蟹子沙律、尚八豆腐肉

淨係牛肉已經有數十款,推介尚八秘制壺漬牛肋骨肉;豬肉的話,尚八芝士角切依達赤豚同,食落creamy,肉質彈牙、特選黑豚豬肋條都唔錯;小羊扒就偏肥,大部份只有肥膏


都只係試左好少款,但都食到好飽,真係好多好多選擇,而飲品相對上比起以前食過既餐廳選擇冇咁多,我自己主攻飲忌廉溝鮮奶

限時2小時,大概食1小時都已經食到好飽,每樣只係點一份既份量都夠兩個人食,不過黃金時後有小小貴,想平少少可以揀其他時段黎。
