甘鯛以立鱗燒方式烹調,魚鱗香脆且魚肉嫩滑,另以Sake代替白酒整Beurre blanc,醬汁唔會搶走甘鯛嘅鮮甜,反而令味道更好😌

🍴Chicken(+$340)
以本土三黃雞風乾一晚後再焗,令雞皮更香脆,另烤焗時間拿捏得好好,雞胸肉亦十分嫩滑;米飯則選用北海道七星米,以白酒及雞汁煲熟,再混入雞油及三文魚子,食時再拌以法國黃酒汁,味道一流😌

甜品係開心果撻配自家製開心果雪糕,撻底入口鬆脆,開心果醬底下有一層麻糬,多咗一份煙靭口感,另不論撻或雪糕都有大量開心果,開心果香味香濃又唔太甜;生果係熊本士多啤梨,色澤紅潤且香甜大粒😋
