剛出來工作時,間中會同同事食Pizza Express,味道比傳統的pizza店好味又創新,今日又去了食午餐,除了有傳統的pizza外,還加入了多款特色元素,非常有創意。薄餅兄弟這個pizza有別於傳統,以半月的形態,批邊包上大量的芝士及肉腸,一切開芝士呈半溶流出,芝士味道濃郁,加上辣肉腸的咸香風味,薄餅香脆。香烤雞肉薄餅傳統的薄餅餅底又薄又脆,中間麵包位較鬆軟,表面舖滿了芝士,一切開呈拉絲狀,表面的小番茄乾味道濃郁,酸甜惹味。意式牛肝菌蝴蝶粉蝴蝶粉軟硬適中,略帶點煙韌,牛肝菌味道濃郁,跟忌廉超夾,菌香味十足又creamy。
