近來都較喜歡吃中式的蒸包,特別是那種新鮮熱烘烘的。包點都放左蒸爐裡,保持溫度,買完後包點的香氣已令我忍不住吃了,拿上手是熱騰騰,麵包鬆軟,不小心掐扁了,不然還是脹股股的。叉燒包:叉燒肉雖然細片,肥瘦平均,本身不喜歡太多醬汁,這個剛好,不會太多太濃稠,所以包保持乾身。蔥花卷:蔥花火腿粒多,香蔥味帶少許豬肉味,味道比饅頭鹹香吸引;口感像饅頭實在,有條紋,多重層次感。蔬菜香菇包:餡料有已調味的香菇、木耳及蘿蔔絲等,香菇味濃郁,亦佔據了其他味道,喜歡木耳絲那爽脆口感。還額外買了枝黑芝麻豆漿,大豆味挺香濃的。
