美孚有一間日本料理叫做賀喜,餐廳有吧枱可供選擇,所以我哋今日坐係吧枱一邊欣賞師傅整壽司嘅過程,一邊耐心等候我哋叫嘅嘢食。望住師傅整左幾盆刺身之後,我哋叫咗一個刺身,原條日本池魚$238,師傅將原條厚切後,都有十多塊,池魚特別鮮甜,亦有很濃的魚味,原條新鮮切出黎,果然唔同d!食完之後店主仲幫我地將池魚攞去加工,仲炸到熱辣辣同脆卜卜!我哋仲叫咗一個加州卷$52 ,有六舊加州卷,加州卷上有滿滿的蟹籽,飯質幾軟身!燒物方面,鹽燒油金魚頭$128和雜錦天婦羅🍤$95鹽燒油金魚頭煩得十分香口,皮脆魚肉嫩,魚皮燒得非常甘香,唔錯最後就係雜錦天婦羅,有兩隻大蝦,冬菇、南瓜、秋葵、茄子等等,薄薄的粉漿,令整個天婦羅層次分明,亦唔會炸到好乾!✌🏻

鹽燒油金魚頭煩得十分香口,皮脆魚肉嫩,魚皮燒得非常甘香,唔錯
