今日喺北角收工,北角渣華道街市出名多嘢食,決定今晚就喺度搵間餐廳醫肚,就決定打鑊金火鍋串燒。天氣寒冷最適合打邊爐,先來一個魚肚雞腳湯底,清清地,湯底好多料。再嚟火鍋配料油麥菜,菠菜苗-兩種菜都新鮮,菠菜苗好滑,油麥菜脆的。😄海蝦-新鮮,啲肉實的的。👍鵝腸-新鮮,絕不是雪藏貨黑柏葉-ok 手打墨魚丸-墨魚味好濃,夠晒彈牙👍沙白蜆-新觧。我們兩個人,全部食物俾我哋清晒,因為打邊爐食材最緊要夠新鮮。下次可以再返食😋😋
