今晚約了幾個朋友去尖沙咀搵食,去了餐廳集中地厚福街,其中這間新開不久的漁獲浜燒,新張期內全單八折優惠。特製黑松露炙燒平目魚邊沙律平目魚略為以火槍燒過,油脂滲出,入口充滿油脂甘香,配上爽脆沙律菜及同樣脂肪較重的牛油果,口感豐富,加上黑松露清香及特製的酸甜,特別開胃。三文魚刺身油脂比例恰好,一層一層,三文魚有魚油甘香,入口鮮甜。馬糞海膽味道比較一般且不算新鮮,不過入口creamy。帆立貝刺身入口鮮甜帶點腍滑。生吞拿魚腩最好味的刺身,雪花紋理,入口溶化,充斥著油脂。牛油活帆立貝有牛油香味,燒至乾身,帆立貝鮮甜亦很腍。活龍蝦表面舖上的蝦膏等混合物,龍蝦新鮮肉質彈牙,充滿著蝦膏鮮甜味。響螺彈牙中帶點甘甜,以清酒燒煮,帶點酒香。
