在隠閉的角落,一堆殯儀服務店附近,竟然有一間海鮮火鍋店。筆者2人沒有預訂,老闆只能在冷巷加張小枱。火鍋首重湯底,為免影響食物味道,叫了芫茜皮旦湯,主菜先來四寶(有蝦丸丶鯪魚球丶牛肉和墨魚丸),粒粒精釆。另亦叫了鱔片丶鮮雞片丶豬面肉、菜⋯等,鱔片厚切並新鮮,入口啖啖鱔香,一絕!鷄肉是雞脾肉去皮,嫩滑兼醃得剛好,而豬面肉亦很爽口。最後來一客准山麪,加上鮮甜而濃郁的皮旦湯,十分滿足!註: 1)因友人不食牛,但看見很靚很新鮮,下次一定要試。2)特色蕃茄蟹湯底,因要$400-,人太少,也沒有試。
