To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 美味手工素餃,皮薄餡足,冬菇味及胡椒粉味濃郁(可能師傅知我偏好食香口嘢,所以味較濃),新鮮得來又非常滋味。說新鮮不是吹牛的,因為是劉師傅即刻包的,只是我打包回家,在適合時間自行以細火滾熱來吃。👍👍👍 對! 切記要細火煮,因為皮很薄,很易穿。❗❗❗$6一隻,打包的話,最好打包12隻共$72,那就最能善用特別從深圳訂製的膠盒(店主在我之後再去吃時透露訂做價不便宜呢~),因這盒可好好把12隻肥嘟嘟的餃子各有其位安身,不再怕黏在1起,煮時就不容易破穿。是多次聽得客人意見後作出的貼心安排。p.s. 等師傅包的時候,店員也細心先端上自家煲無味精素湯,在下也很喜歡喝他們的靚湯,運氣好的話,會喝到美味有益的紅菜頭蘿蔔素湯。
