公司食開年飯,去了這間以順德公漁村河鮮酒家,以順德菜為名,主廚是藍帶廚師。蒜子生扣珠江花錦鱔皇:這裏的海鮮全部都以自家魚缸養著,即叫即劏,海鮮真是十分新鮮,鱔皇肉厚爽口,肉質鮮甜不會有泥味,蘿蔔鮮甜無渣。特色籠仔梅菜蒸菜遠:用了菜芯最嫩部份,菜芯翠綠,表面舖滿了甜梅菜,梅菜香味滲透入菜內,令菜芯帶點甜香。得獎銅盤蒸污糟雞:得獎菜果然是得獎菜,污糟雞基本上已去除雞骨,以錫紙包裹著蒸,火喉控制極準,多一分則太老,少一分則不熟,雞肉嫩滑有酒香,不過比較咸。
