看食評,知道這裏有新鮮雞做火鍋,很久沒吃過新鮮雞,遂與太座來一試。地方簡約帶時尚,極欣賞有充電服務,就在每張檯下面,方便顧客是大勢所趨。喜歡喝椰子雞湯,便點個椰子新鮮雞煲,半隻嘉美雞,另外隨便點了些配料。鍋湯底送來時,已飄送著椰子香味,十分期待。半隻嘉美雞,用花雕酒和杞子浸著端來,這個做法甚得我心,花雕配雞,玫瑰露配豬已成為我近年為家庭成員烹調常用的酒類,除了辟腥,肉質還較鬆嫩,亦有酒香。待椰子湯底滾起,徐徐將整碟雞放入,再滾起即熄火,蓋好呆幾分鐘,令雞肉剛熟而保存嫩滑,肉味鮮甜,肉質有彈性,還有椰子香味,實非冰鮮雞可比。響鈴,鬼馬油炸鬼是現做的,在湯中焯幾秒已可進食,響鈴仍帶脆,很香豆味;鬼馬油炸鬼是將油炸鬼中間剖開,釀入蝦膠炸,也不錯。手打四寶丸,有牛丸,墨魚丸,鯪魚丸和蝦丸,質素很好,彈牙,鯪魚丸有陳皮,很喜歡。西洋菜,也許不當造,很老。秋葵,未試用來做火鍋,質感不錯,有益健康,不妨多吃。脆肉鯇魚腩,不要烚太久,會變韌。本地切肥牛肉,好腍,好有肉味。水餃皇,大大隻,有鮮蝦肉,好味。見個湯底咁靚,叫個出前一丁,煮個麵食,個湯好濃,好好味。每人約二百,算食得過。
